Interoute actively encourage small start up companies by providing flexible warehouse space and office accommodation at the same location.
Interoute understand the many important issues that start up companies have to overcome and having the right premises is one of them. We provide small start up companies with a core area of warehousing and then allow them to flex their storage areas as necessary. This ensures they are not crippled by high storage charges, when they can least afford it.
A good example of a highly successful start up company is TheSolarShop, a leading supplier of solar powered products.
They started the business in their home, during March 2007 and in August 2007 took on 200 sq ft in our warehouse.
Over the last three years they have grown the business considerably and now their products are even being installed on major UK supermarkets! They currently have over 4,000 sq ft in our warehouse plus an office. A remarkable success story.
